Northcrest Ward · Peterborough
Thank you for
your support.
Paul Lawton · 2026 Northcrest candidate
Thank you to everyone who supported this campaign. It has been a privilege to meet so many neighbours and put forward my priorities for Peterborough.
To the residents of Northcrest
This has been a rewarding campaign. Thank you to everyone who welcomed us at the door, shared what matters to you, and supported me with your vote.
Although I was not elected, I am glad I put my name forward and spoke for safe neighbourhoods, responsible spending, dependable core services, and a council that listens to residents.
Congratulations to those elected. I wish them well as they take on their responsibilities to Northcrest and the city.
Please join me in praying for our mayor and councillors, that God would give them wisdom and help them govern well.
I thank God for the opportunity to take part, and for the family, friends, and neighbours who stood with us.
Paul
To my family and everyone who helped
To Erika and our children: thank you for the evenings, Saturdays, and many hours you gave to this campaign. Walking our neighbourhoods together is something I will remember. To everyone who volunteered, delivered cards, displayed a sign, donated, or prayed for us, thank you for standing with me.
